The International Meteorite Collectors Association - IMCA Inc.
The International Meteorite Collectors Association is all about
authenticity, and good business practices. Currently the IMCA has
members from about 34 different nations: meteorite collectors,
dealers, and scientists alike. I am a proud member of the IMCA since it's
early beginnings in 2002, and I'm a member of the IMCA's Board of Directors
since early 2004 - currently serving in the position of the President. Please

The Meteoritical Society
The Meteoritical Society, International Society for Meteoritics and
Planetary Science, is a non-profit scholarly organization founded in
1933 to promote the study of extra- terrestrial materials, including
meteorites and space mission return samples, and their history. The
membership of the society boasts more than 750 scientists and amateur
enthusiasts from over 33 countries. The Meteoritical Society is the
organization that records all known meteorites in its
Meteoritical Bulletin. I'm a member since 2006.
The St. Georges Confraternity of Guardians of the Ensisheim
Meteorite
At the Ensisheim Meteorite Show 2003, I was appointed a member of the
St. Georges Confraternity of Guardians of the Ensisheim Meteorite
(Confrérie des Gardiens de la Météorite d'Ensisheim) - a very special
honor since the Brotherhood of Guardians is a rather exclusive club that
accepts just a handfull of new members each year, solely on appointment
basis. Each appointment to membership honors the specific merits of the
respective new member in participating in various ways to promote the
historic
Thunderstone of Ensisheim, as well
as meteorites and meteoritics in general. |
